We stand behind our product quality and performance. Plastic Engineering & Technical Services Hot Runner Systems are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for items and periods outlined below:

Lifetime - Hot Runner System and Standard Components including; manifold, drop bodies, locating rings, pre-load pads, valve gate housings and valve gate pistons. Components included in lifetime warranty when purchased with a Plastic Engineering & Technical Services system. Plastic Engineering & Technical Services warranty has some limitations and exceptions. Please see your Plastic Engineering & Technical Services sales representative to receive a full copy of our warranty and General Operating Guidelines.

1 year - Thermocouples, valve gate pins, and valve gate bushings when purchased with a Plastic Engineering & Technical Services system. Warranty begins one year from date of shipment from Plastic Engineering & Technical Services.

6 months - O-rings and Gland Seals when purchased with a Plastic Engineering & Technical Services system. Warranty begins six months from date of shipment from Plastic Engineering & Technical Services. Plastic Engineering & Technical Services warranty has some limitations and exceptions.
