The Pin Positioned Electric Valve Gate is an industry-first, patented that allows the molder unlimited processing control and to dictate the flow of plastic resin throughout a plurality of gates at the users specifications. The unlimited family molding capability delivers energy savings, expands the processing window and improves quality control of operating systems. The revolutionary technology is a cost savings solution that allows the user to open valve gate pins to infinite positions.

The Space Saving Module Control (SSMC) 951 Temperature Control System is a technologically-advanced system allowing users to monitor, set-up and control the system via a computer LAN network using an Internet connection. The SSMC 951 is a user-friendly diagnostics system that delivers precise multiple zone temperature control resulting in a quality end product.
The SSMC Temperature Control Systems have a full PID control that measures temperatures at 64 times per millisecond and adjusts every three seconds. This automatic evaluation provides the ideal temperature control and minimal temperature variation above and below the temperature set point.
The standard features and benefits include:
- Automatic Internal Switching – detects a thermocouple reverse condition and maintains operations
- Automatic Switch – reads an open thermocouple and adjusts to manual mode
- Automatic Shut-off – finds shorted or incorrectly wired thermocouple and turns off

The Temperature Control Systems are offered in 12-zone, 24-zone, 36-zone, 48-zone and a 60-zone is available with 15-zone control quad rack system. Angled
Drops have been designed with performance in mind. Our engineers
have designed the angled drops to ensure the injection point is
located in the precise location on the part surface. This innovative
method reduces shear and cavity pressure. The patent pending design
results in cost savings due to the ability to use a 1500-ton or
1000-ton press versus a standard 3000-ton press. It is inventive
thinking and technically advanced systems that result in new operational
achievements that we provide to you.
Even-Flow II Hot Runner
Manifold System is a machined round hot runner manifold made
of solid P20 steel to which provides optimal control and precise
points of injection. The newest technically advanced system includes:
- Stainless steel locating rings
- Titanium pre-loads
- Hermetically sealed heater bands
- Improved multi-zoning
- Two-step diamond polished end plugs
- Made to any shape or size
These are a few of the latest developments that have improved heat
transfer, thermal conductivity and increases performance. Due to
the round one-piece design, this system withstands excessive pressure
in excess of 35,000 psi while maintaining the ability to manually
control various temperature zones. You can achieve ultimate flow
